Summary

That negotiation is the dialog, which aims to separate the conflicts and to reach agreement on the courses of action for bargaining for individual or collective advantage, or for the formulation of the results which satisfy the different interests. 

 The main means for alternative dispute resolution, Negotiation occurs in the area of business and non-profit organizations, such as the branches of the government and the legal procedures, and between States in cases of personal status such as marriage, divorce and child rearing, even in daily life to study this subject is called the concept of negotiations and agreements, and the negotiator professional is often a specialist such as peace negotiator and union negotiators, and negotiators on the hostages and working under other names, such as diplomats and legislators.  

The negotiation in the area of international relations is one of the theories which aimed to study the dimensions and determinants of the conflictual situations can be resolved, and work on the formulation of policies and the management of international relations in natural conditions, it is noted from the negotiation theory in international relations is a theory of multiple theories, which means the interpretation or analysis of how to reach  compromised decisions .
